MailroomIQ Virtual Mail access is tied to a physical PMB and store relationship. Store policies, mailbox agreements, shipping/postage requirements, identification rules, and mail-handling laws still apply.

MailroomIQ complements store systems and does not replace PostalMate, CashMate, store records, or store operating policies. MailroomIQ is not presented here as a certified partner or approved integration.

Legal review is required before customer beta, App Store submission, or production release.
